We have chosen to work exclusively with Airbnb.This choice allows us to offer a clear, secure and perfectly controlled framework, with simplified management of reservations, payments and exchanges with travelers.
Each request is carefully reviewed.We analyze traveler profiles, ratings, reasons for travel, and group composition before accepting a booking. Our goal is to prioritize travelers who respect your property and its surroundings.
We personally handle the check-in and check-out of tenants.This presence allows us to present the villa, explain how it works, answer initial questions, and carefully check the premises at the beginning and end of each stay.There will never be a key box!
We remain the preferred point of contact for travelers throughout their entire stay.If necessary, we quickly coordinate the necessary interventions to resolve the situation without you having to intervene.
