CREATING AND REFINING YOUR LISTING
NOOK has chosen to work exclusively with Airbnb, to offer a framework that is clear, consistent and secure.
We create, refine and monitor your listing: selection of photographs, written content, presentation of amenities, pricing strategy and continuous performance tuning. Every booking request is carefully considered.
We review each guest profile, speak with them ahead of arrival, and ensure their stay is in keeping with the spirit of your villa. This approach allows us to protect your property, follow every reservation closely, and encourage stays that are serene, respectful and of genuine quality.
PERSONAL WELCOME, CONSIDERED DEPARTURE
We believe in a welcome that is entirely personal. Each guest is received on site and introduced to the villa, its amenities and everything they need to enjoy their stay fully. Throughout the rental, we remain their single point of contact. We answer their requests, coordinate any interventions and watch over the course of the stay — without ever calling upon the owner. On departure, we carry out a full inspection of the property to identify any issue promptly and arrange, where needed, housekeeping, maintenance or repair. A rigorous follow-through that safeguards the quality of your villa and your peace of mind.
QUALITY CONTROL
Each stay is subject to rigorous quality control. Before each arrival and after each departure, we check the overall condition of the villa, its cleanliness, linens, amenities, and all services to guarantee a consistently high standard. We also create a personalized welcome booklet in your property's colors, containing essential information, house instructions, and our best local recommendations.
To enhance the traveler experience, we can arrange tailor-made services: private transfers, private chef, reservations, boat rental, massages, yoga or exclusive experiences on the French Riviera.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND OWNER COMMUNICATION Stay informed without having to manage the day-to-day. We handle bookings, maintenance, villa upkeep, and any incidents, with clear and regular communication.
